2. Product Description

Nestrava RoachBarrier™ Home Environment Management Kit is a physical home environment management toolkit. The kit may include RoachBarrier™ barrier material, protective gloves, placement/application tools, monitoring materials, a Home Environment Management Guide, maintenance record materials, and a Five-Year Management Plan.

This product does not contain pesticides, insecticides, poisons, baits, or pharmaceutical products. It is not sold as a roach killer, pesticide system, or chemical control system.

3. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when NESTRAVA confirms the order. NESTRAVA may decline or cancel an order where necessary because of availability, pricing or listing error, destination restrictions, suspected misuse, or other legitimate operational reasons, subject to applicable law.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and available payment methods are shown or confirmed during the ordering process. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed for dispatch. NESTRAVA does not promise that a particular payment method will always be available.

5. Shipping

Orders are normally dispatched within 15 days after order confirmation. Delivery time after dispatch varies by destination, carrier and local customs processing. The Shipping Policy provides additional information.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under the Return & Refund Policy. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in that policy.

Cancellation requests are handled under the Order Cancellation Policy. A request may not succeed after an order enters fulfillment or is dispatched.

NESTRAVA does not guarantee elimination of cockroaches, permanent protection, five-year guaranteed effectiveness, or any particular result. Outcomes may vary with building conditions, environmental factors, maintenance, application, and other circumstances.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NESTRAVA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from a purchase or product use. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are interpreted under applicable law. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction permitted by applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections that apply to the customer’s transaction.
