2. Product Description

Nestrava RoachBarrier 5 is a household cockroach spray kit containing six 20 g cans with six different formulations, a spray bottle, sealing putty, gloves, a mask, instructions, an application record and a storage case. Total formulation weight is 120 g; the complete kit weighs 550 g, including the storage case.

For preparation, remove the tea-bag-style sachet from the opened metal can, place the whole intact inner bag into the spray bottle and add 500 mL of water. Apply only as directed by the product label and enclosed instructions. The five-year plan describes six planned applications: two in Year 1, six months apart, followed by one in each of Years 2–5.

3. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when NESTRAVA confirms the order. NESTRAVA may decline or cancel an order where necessary because of availability, pricing or listing error, destination restrictions, suspected misuse, or other legitimate operational reasons, subject to applicable law.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and available payment methods are shown or confirmed during the ordering process. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed for dispatch. NESTRAVA does not promise that a particular payment method will always be available.

5. Shipping

Orders are normally dispatched within 15 days after order confirmation. Delivery time after dispatch varies by destination, carrier and local customs processing. The Shipping Policy provides additional information.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under the Return & Refund Policy. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in that policy.

7. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests are handled under the Order Cancellation Policy. A request may not succeed after an order enters fulfillment or is dispatched.

8. Product Use and Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order and delivery information, following the product label and enclosed instructions, using included materials appropriately, and complying with applicable local requirements. Customers should not use the product in a way that is inconsistent with its instructions or applicable law.

9. No Guaranteed Outcome

NESTRAVA does not guarantee elimination of cockroaches, permanent protection, five-year guaranteed effectiveness, or any particular result. Outcomes may vary with building conditions, environmental factors, maintenance, application, and other circumstances.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NESTRAVA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from a purchase or product use. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are interpreted under applicable law. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction permitted by applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections that apply to the customer’s transaction.
